“Chuck” or “Smitty”, as he was known by his friends, was always actively engaged, as one could find him enjoying golfing, skiing, tennis, ballroom dancing, and fishing and boating throughout the years. He also spent time traveling with his family every year to Hawaii and Grand Cayman.
Known for his quick wit, Chuck’s family and friends never knew when they might be the recipients of one of his spontaneous jovial quips. He was very detail oriented and was never at a loss for the next checklist.
Charles left a strong and lasting legacy and the family will forever be imprinted by the impact he had on all.
