Mary Lou Harlow, 86, retired John F. Kennedy Space Center executive secretary and Technical Staff Assistant for the Research Triangle Institute Florida Office in Cocoa Beach, died on October 7, 2018 in Merritt Island. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, The Elks of Merritt Island, the NASA Alumni League, the Missile, Space and Range Pioneers, the Villas De Palmas Homemakers Club, the Villa De Palmas Homeowners Association and a past member of the Valiant Air Command. Born in Seminary, Mississippi, she moved to Brevard County from Washington D.C. in December 1964. She was predeceased by her husband Jim Harlow, survivors include three daughters; Denise Anne Corredor, Merritt Island, FL; Deborah Jeanne DuBost, Deland, FL; and Jacquelyn Lea Chazanow, Norfolk, VA. Step-Children; Sue Doker of Tallahassee, FL ; Sandy Grider of Apoka, FL and Jimmy Harlow of Hamilton, OH. Brothers; Richard Allen Davis, Vero Beach, FL ; and Robert Gene Davis of Viera, FL. She is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. No calling hours are scheduled. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Merritt Island Elks, on Tuesday October 16. From 1:00PM - 3:30PM.
